A Private session is one-on-one coaching that is tailored to your individual and specific needs, providing in-depth instruction and hands on assistance. These customised sessions are for everyone including those with injuries, pathologies or limitation, pre and postnatal mothers, to advance enthusiast or athletes with specific training goals. Your session program is personalised to achieve your goals and adapted over time to keep you moving forward.
DUET
Enjoy the benefits of a Private session with the motivation that comes from training with an exercise partner. Duet sessions (2-person training) are so much fun and a great way to stay committed to a regular movement schedule. These duo sessions are popular with couples and friends.
Duets work best when you and your exercise partner can commit to the same schedule every week and have similar physical abilities/goals. If you are new to Pilates or Yoga, it is important to attend a couple of Privates prior to teaming up for Duets.
YOGA
Yoga is an ancient philosophy, practice and discipline. Various styles of Yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation to promote strength, balance and flexibility of mind, body and soul.

VINYASA
A strong, dynamic practice that places emphasis on moving mindfully, synchronising breath and postures to energise and strengthen. It awakens the senses with sequencing built around sun salutations that methodically culminate in a peak pose or thematic principle.

HATHA
A steady paced practice to build solid foundations, focusing on postural alignment. Designed to give you the complete yoga experience; beginning with Pranayama (breath techniques) moving into traditional Hatha style poses to gain stability, strength, mobility and internal focus.

YIN
A meditative slow-paced practice that targets connective tissues, joints and fascia. This explores stretching techniques with the use and support of props to enhance joint mobility and improve flexibility. An antidote to stressful busy lifestyles, runner’s stiffness and cluttered minds.
PILATES
Pilates is a full-body exercise system that consists of low-impact exercises using special Pilates equipment to provide resistance or support. The method emphasises core strength, proper postural alignment and muscle balance.

BASI F2 WANDA CHAIR
A fun and challenging full body workout based on the BASI block system. This highly versatile traditional Pilates piece focuses on strength and mobility of core and legs. It supports functional movements such as standing, climbing, pushing and lifting.

MAT
A great total body workout, dynamic Mat sessions are the essence and foundation of the Pilates method. Designed to improve your core strength, trunk stability, flexibility, coordination, balance, posture and body awareness while flowing precision from one exercise to the next.

PRE & POST NATAL
Safe and nurturing sessions designed specifically for the individual women during and post pregnancy. Based on Pilates exercise recommendations, modification and assists the practice supports you with body and hormonal changes through a focus on strength and posture. Remember it is important you speak to your doctor prior to commencing exercise.

APPARATUS TRAINING
Apparatus Training is based on the foundations of Pilates to cultivate flexibility, and muscular strength and endurance. The session will be performed using a mixture of Pilates equipment, TRX suspension training that uses body weight exercises, Crossover Symmetry to improve shoulder health and performance as well as bands, balls, foam rollers tools to improve awareness in addressing specific areas of concern and maintain conditioning.
